Identify and onboard top micro and macro influencers in skincare, beauty, and tech niches
Create and execute influencer campaigns from concept to completion
Analyze performance metrics like engagement, conversions, and reach
Collaborate with creative teams to design product kits, shoots, and storyboards
Build long-term influencer relationships and negotiate collaborations
Strong influencer network and trend awareness
Creative campaign ideation and analytical ability
Experience: 3–6 years in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, or Strategic Alliances
We're looking for a Growth & Partnership Manager to drive llaborations that expand our reach and unlock new revenue opportunities. You'll identify strategic D2C partnerships, co-branding initiatives, and growth alliances with retail and affiliate networks.
Identify and onboard strategic partners to fuel brand expansion

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You'll focus on maximizing ROI, improving LTV, and reducing CAC while scaling traffic and conversions for OLYSOO.
Plan and optimize Google, Meta, and YouTube ad campaigns
Manage monthly ad budgets and achieve ROI/CPA goals
Create and test ad creatives and landing pages
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
Report performance insights and growth metrics to leadership
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset and advanced Excel skills
Prior experience with D2C or eCommerce brands is a plus
