Order & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Within India: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during festive seasons, public holidays, or high-order periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are available only within India at the moment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking ID and courier details. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime to see real-time updates on your delivery status.
What are the shipping charges?
We keep our shipping simple and transparent: Within India: Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Nominal Delivery Fee may apply for orders below ₹999
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We support all major and secure payment options, including: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, and Wallets.
Is it safe to make payments on OLYSOO.com?

Returns & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we've made returns easy and stress-free. You can request a return within 5 days of delivery if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Simply visit our Returns & Cancellations page and follow the steps. Please note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellations aren't possible, but you can request a return once your order arrives.

Are the products sold on OLYSOO genuine?
Yes, all products on OLYSOO are sourced directly from brands, authorized distributors, and verified suppliers. We guarantee authentic, sealed, and original products — no duplicates, no counterfeits.
Can I request a specific brand or product?
Definitely. We love hearing from our customers. Just email us at contact@olysoo.com with the details of what you're looking for, and we'll do our best to bring it to our store or suggest a similar product you'll love.
